Blenheim 3 Stars Hotels

"We attempted to check in early and the room wasn’t ready yet. I was ok with that. We looked around a bit and realized the indoor pool was closed for repairs and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. When we returned around 4:00 pm (original check in time) we were advised that it was still not ready and it would be another hour or so until it was. We ended up canceling our reservation and returned home."

"I booked the motel because Hotels.com showed a hot tub at this location.'t When I arrived and asked about it I was told they didn't have one. That was the only reason I booked it."

"Everything was great except the staff at the bar. The first girl didn’t know how to use a bottle opener to open a beer. I asked the second girl to put in a grilled cheese right away so I can bring it up to my 1 year old baby. It took about an hour to get this grilled cheese and it came out with the rest of my food. I was given no bag to carry my several boxes of food. The grilled cheese fell on the ground and the bartender would not take the 7 dollars off of my bill. Horrible bar service. "
