The only slight drawback is that the driveway is quite steep, so it is a little difficult to navigate for an older person, such as myself. I would also recommend that ceiling fans be added to the two smaller bedrooms and that the screen in one of the bedrooms be replaced for safety reasons. In addition, carpet nails slightly protruded in front of the smaller upstairs bedroom. A/C worked...
