比佛利海灘 3 星級飯店

「Overall fine to sleep here. The sofa and curtains were stained and the bathtub had some rust. Our door looked like it had been broken into before. The staff were polite and helpful. People smoking marijuana outside and you could hear the beltway as if you were on it all night. The air conditioner worked excellently. The sprinkler was taped onto the wall and one of the lights were broken. The place is run down, but it’s in a convenient location and good enough to sleep for a couple nights....

「Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. 」

「Great」

「Shower did not work. Shower drain flooded bathroom floor. Sink didn’t drain, and room not made up or towels refreshed as they were used to mop up the flooded floor. Not exactly Hilton Honors standards.」

「The staff was very helpful & accommodating when we expressed our concerns. We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. We also were unaware there is a parking fee of 8 dollars every night you stay. We did leave a night early simply because the pool was closed for the weekend. When we arrived it was closed & we were told it would be closed all weekend but was open around 9 at...

「A once-nice property but quite run down. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. Duct tape on the carpet in my room (425). Hallway carpets not vacuumed, lot of waste on them.」

「Friendly staff!」

「Very nice place , breakfast was good . But the toilet would run for several minutes after every flush . It was beyond annoying! And no hot water in the vanity sink ,also had to run shower water for ten minutes every time to get hot water in the shower !」

「我们一起住了四周，真的很舒服，一起烧饭，省了好多钱，楼下还有免费咖啡和茶水。早餐管饱但品种不多，周一到周三的晚上还有晚餐。」

「This is the second time I’ve gone there. I’ve loved it the first time and came back again and picked the same hotel. This place serves a great breakfast. A lot of space and is clean. The staff are very accommodating to whatever you need. Thank you again Jamila」
