「Expedia and hotel kant doing fraud in dwarka even thougj 2day booking and advance payment hotek denied ton stay so i talked in cutomer care of expedia. Even though customer care reprentative said about full refund there is no single email or money refunded by expedia.stay away from this fraud.」

「Zero cleaning ness for room i have 2 time to clean room to manager . But they didnot. At night 11 pm they clearing when one of owner visited me . We have update him . There was water issue due to that we got delay in traveling Staff service not good. Manager just seating not lisen what customer complain. 」

「I stayed here one night with my family. The day we arrived we got lost on the way and when we tried to call the resort no one picked up for a long time. When we reached finally they said the kitchen is close and there was absolutely no way they could arrange food for us. I was with my parents and we were hoping to get something to eat as it was very late in the night. The way to the resort is also not great. 「The property was supposed to be brand new but the room was dirty and already showing signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness might be acceptable for Indian people but for a foreigner used to Canadian hotel standards I would say avoid. There was supposed to be a restaurant on site but property never reached out to inform us it would be close during our stay. 」
