"Rented the place for two days trip with 4 other friends. It’s was very nice to be there. Downstairs bedroom is dirty the carpet needs to be changed and also the windows are dirty. Overall excellent job though out the house we were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. "

"We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too.
