「Food and hair on the floor upon arrival to the room, someone came to sweep it and spoke no English so couldn’t understand what she was asking. The pool cabanas, 2 of 3 for use, were just a shell without cushions or pillows. The staff was always very friendly and kind though, very helpful. And the breakfast was absolutely amazing.」

「During our stay, the television didn't receive the regular channels, so they had to replace it, which was done quickly. The bathroom light stopped working; we reported the problem, but they never came to fix it. Overall, the facilities looked old and neglected; they desperately need cleaning. When we received the room, the floor was quite dirty. We thought that since it was a hotel near the beach, it would be normal, but the next day they came to clean, and it was clear that it could have been...
