「View and location was great. Shower had no pressure and hard to adjust the temperature. Not a fan of the pool being open until 11pm, was noisy with kids up that late. Clayton’s pier was closed time we were there. Free shuttle near resort was nice and close to Turtle Inc and the Bird Sanctuary which was nice. Free breakfast was good.」

「When we checked in and asked for a luggage cart there were none available. We get to our assigned room and it was still dirty. It wasn’t even ready. We had to wait in the hallway for the attendant to grab us new cards to a new room. Then we got in a room that was very sub par. The lighting fixtures had rust and stains, the curtains had rust stains on them, the walls were dirty as if someone threw up and it wasn’t completely cleaned. The towels were stained here and there. 「When we got there the room was clean but the beds were awful, made but all the sheets wrinkled and unkept. They had a humid smell to them and I thought at first it was just me but no, throughout the spreads there was a strong humid smell including the pillows. This early morning I woke up with my face on the pillow and all I could smell was humidity. We usually stay at this hotel but seems as if housekeeping is not doing a good job. Very unhappy this time around :(」

「The TV was not working when we checked in. The maintenence man got it to work but said we had to keep it on. The stopper in the shower was not attached. The toilet sometimes would spurt out water/urine.」

「The staff are great, work hard, everyone is very nice. Had a great view. The owners are taking as much money out of the property as they can and not investing to make it even a bit of what it could be. There is a vast field of suffering and ant colonies between the parking lot and hotel. Missed the tiny sign stapled to a tree to know where to check in and didn’t realize you could drive up to the hotel on the same path as walking guests? Too bad!
