"Confusion between the City Center property and this resort as both businesses are using the same name for online listings…it’s apparently 14-17 KM away from the City of Durgapur. Check before booking. "

"The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This...

"Excellent stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, with great attention to hygiene. The staff were polite, professional, and always helpful. Amenities were well-maintained and added real value to the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommended!"

"If I could give this 0 stars I would. The room was dirty, the sheets and towels were dirty. The bathroom was dated and dirty. The fridge was rusty. The windows didn’t shut properly so the mosquitos got in and we were woken in the night by what sounded like someone retching outside. We stayed one night because we had to and left early the next morning."

"A lovely bunch of people and a great restaurant. Good choices at breakfast! The 2 top price rooms we booked were spacious and comfortable - but were overlooking the main road through town and we realised that we wouldn't be able to sleep. So we asked to be moved and these rooms were not so spacious. Also the pillows and the beds weren't as comfortable. However the rooms we moved to were quiet so we could sleep. The housekeeping staff were very helpful. We also took advantage of the well...
