"We chose this place for its excellent location: Very close to our own lot while working on it. The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. "We loved the house and definitely will be requesting again when we go back out to Merced. Everything was close by. The beds were comfortable, loved that we had a washer and dryer to use, and we cooked breakfast everyday. Due to the circumstances of being in Merced, it allowed the whole family to be able to gather and be together. Great place!"
