「We checked in on a Saturday. Everything seems OK on Monday. We left to go out and wanted our room clean when we came back. Nothing was done. We called down to the office and said they’ll send someone up. We waited for more than an hour and had to call back again they had no record of us calling prior and said to cleaning people had gone for the day, but they will send someone up to remove Trash and bring us towels. A couple staff members were also kind and personable, i am appreciative which is why I gave 3 stars to say it was OK. but the room was not the cleanest 😩 it was “2” dirty pillow cases, the towels smelled off .. like maybe mildew as if they were left in the washer. 「Great place great oceanview」

「We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.」
