「At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. 」

「Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.」

「The property was as depicted in the photos and the descriptions. The view of the lake and mountains was fantastic and every morning there were geese and sometimes deer to watch in the open yard next to the house. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and many plates and glasses. For coffee, there was a Kuerig single pod machine as well as the conventional carafe coffeemaker. 「Overall stay was good. The biggest downfall was that the beds were worn out and uncomfortable, so much so that we left the evening before checkout and drove all night to get home to our own bed. Everything else was satisfactory.」
