「My husband and I stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday. The room met all our needs. The bed was very soft and squishy, but surprisingly we were able to sleep well. The furniture was worn and tired, but it was perfectly fine for us. We met the owner, he was very pleasant and accommodating. Even calling me when I forgot a pair of boots, he was willing to send them to me. Our daughter picked them up but I appreciated the offer. 」

「Our entire stay was fantastic. Everything about the property is very well maintained and in a great and very quiet neighborhood. The yard was filled with stunning plants. One of my favorite things to do was drink my coffee while admiring the morning cactus blooms and other plants in the back yard. 「We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. 「We were in the area at Central Arizona Raceway. This property is only a few minutes away which was extremely handy. The property is quiet and felt like a safe neighbourhood. The house itself was dusty but overall clean. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites but no separate bathroom for guests. Not a big deal for us but worth noting. There is not much nearby as far as groceries, restaurants etc but Casa Grande is only a 20 min drive away. 」
