「Fraudulent business - stayed here for a wedding and when we returned, the key card did not work. We were unable to access the room until staff returned at 7am. Front desk and corporate were angry and unwilling to reconcile the incident after the fact. When you book here, you risk not having a room that night」

「Check in was fast. Staff were nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean. The only issue I had is the rug in the room needed maintenance it had a rip in it. I told the front desk and she said she will let maintenance know. I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and will stay again.」

「Everything was dirty, broken or worn out. No one cleaned the breakfast area in the 2 days we were there. TV channels made no sense, numbers on the guide never matched the actual station, HVAC unit never stopped or started on the set temperatures. Ice machine broken, holes in the wall, broken towel racks, etc. This place needs a lot of work before I visit it again.」

「Make no mistake, this is a Red Roof Inn disguised as a nice riverside hotel in Fulton. I don't have an issue with Red Roof Inn when it is priced like a Red Roof Inn. But this is not worth $160+ a night when Syracuse is just a bit farther south. There are remnants of a quaint hotel with a dilapidated dock that is off limits and closed restaurant.
It is clear that this hotel has two sides. The nightly travelers stay close to the lobby while the more permanent residents live near the back. ...
