"Sometimes you find one of these independent motels and you’re not sure what you’re going to get…and sometimes reviews can mislead. I found Ramblin’ Rose to be a clean safe place for a good night’s sleep. It’s budget friendly, offers plenty of parking, and is easy to find. The only problem is train traffic, although it seemed to stop by 11pm or so. I’d stay again if in the area."

"The room was clean and open space. Not cramped at all. The bed felt clean and comfortable. Easy parking in front of our door. Breakfast was just a grab-n-go, no big deal. We had a fridge and a microwave. I would stay here again."

"Wonderful accommodations a short distance from I-40. Very busy street with lots of hotels and shops and traffic trying to get onto the freeway. Despite that, our room facing the street was very quiet. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and bathroom stocked. Our room did not have a club chair, so only seating was hard wooden chair at desk, or the bed. Coffee maker could not be plugged in where it was because the outlets were in use by other items, so we moved it into the bathroom. "
