"The property doesn’t have an elevator and it is not clarified in the description. The storage place on first floor is messy and in an open space. It seems unsafe to put luggage there. There is no receptionist in the building but the description says “the front desk is open from 10am to 10pm”. There is no photo for the actual building but lots of photos about nearby shopping malls. "Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...

"房間整體都不錯，就是地上感覺有點沒掃乾淨的樣子，光腳走在房間地板腳底有點髒😅，房間有很多螞蟻出現，第一次住飯店在房間看到有螞蟻出現，因為沒吃完的食物用袋子綁起來放在桌上，出門回來發現整個桌上都是螞蟻有點嚇到，除了這兩點以外其他的感受都是良好的，櫃檯人員也很親切"
