"The place looks very old and need a huge renovation and updated beds, bedding, tv and other appliance. The bathroom was terrible. It felt like I stayed in a very very old hotel. Very unlikely that I will stay again unless there will be a remodeling and updated appliance."

However, they were not able to use the accommodation because the cellphone number given is unreachable. Because of time difference, I only got the messages of my family the following day telling me that they were unable to contact the owner.
