"I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay. The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options throughout the week, such as eggs, bacon, sausage, or rotating items, would greatly improve the experience. Cleanliness in the breakfast area was also concerning. I noticed small flies around the coffee station, and flavored creamers were often left sitting out unrefrigerated, creating concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I understand rooms are cleaned only upon request, but fresh towels should still be provided daily without guests having to repeatedly ask for them. Having to remember to request towels every day became inconvenient. The room cleanliness was also disappointing. The bathtub had visible dirt film around it upon arrival, requiring me to disinfect and clean the bathroom myself. Another major concern was guests smoking marijuana directly outside the entrance and lobby doors. This created an unpleasant experience entering and exiting the property and should be restricted to designated smoking areas away from entrances."
