"The Tortuga bay suite is right by the street so you hear the street noise until about 10:30pm on workdays and about 11:30pm on a Friday. The air conditioner doesn’t work well. It makes a noise at night and is quite disturbing. With the many mosquitoes, we could not open the windows and it was quite a terrible experience to sleep at night. "Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....
