"We booked a 6-person family room for our family of 6. When we arrived at the property, it took talking to a manager to get them to give us that room instead of a double. There’s some problem between the property and Expedia that doesn’t let you book the right room for the right price that is clear for all. Also had a poor experience at the buffet dinner restaurant with the wait staff giving our table away when we went to fill our plates and making us wait for 20 minutes to get another table set...

Det ligger i byens centrum, hvilket har fordele som dens nærhed til Corniche og Cairo Tower, men også ulemper som støj og larm, især sent om natten, når det er umuligt at sove. Det er bare hotellets ydre. Indenfor er der ingen daglig rengøring. Hvis du anmoder om rengøring af værelset, får du ikke håndklæder, medmindre du selv går hen og beder om dem. Det samme gælder toiletpapir. Værelset har hverken en stol at sidde på eller et bord. Der er intet strygejern...

"Clean and friendly staff "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a good location in the heart of downtown, very walkable with a legendary Koshary restaurant just round the corner. Great views from the 15th floor. The rooms are ok, not that clean but the bed and pillows were comfortable."
