「We did not stay. When we arrived the power was off and only going to be on for twenty minutes. The tent floors were in poor shape. Hot water was not available. Very disappointed. Did not stay. This is not a luxury tented camp. Please only use if you are in a very tight budget and a camper that doesn’t care about any comforts. 」

「We paid for our stay in full months in advance. When we arrived, the lodge was closed. We were told the owner had passed away.
While this is a tragic situation, it is not an excuse for leaving paying guests without any notice. No one contacted us, cancelled our reservation, or arranged alternative accommodation.
Instead of relaxing after a long drive, we had to spend the evening urgently searching for somewhere else to sleep.
