The property is not wheelchair accessible due to stairs but this was made very clear before arrival and a video shown to ensure suitability of the few stairs to enter ground floor apartment. The instructions for access & check out were clear. There were basic & fully functional facilities such as WiFi, Air Con, Fridge, Cooker & Microwave. "Very kind and responsive owner. Excellent communication. Convenient location. The furniture and other elements are fairly basic. For example, there is no bedside table in one room. But also a lot of little nice touches such as having tea and instant coffee in the kitchen, etc. all in all and easy and lovely stay."

"There was no stay when I called from Puerto Rico I was informed that no rooms were available and my an email had been sent to me informing me of the same.l have received no such email as for the payment Hotels.com would refund the money can you image my plight that after flying for 50 hours and arriving at 11 pm in Dominica the booking money is taken and no accomodation provided I think Hotel.com need to review all its listings and the commitment that they are providing"
