"The purchased the most expensive room for the night I was staying in town. I arrived after 14 hours of driving across the country. I arrived to check in and asked if the pool was opened as I purchased this hotel because of location and having a pool. They stated they did not have the pool open and it’s in their website. As I purchased through Expedia, Expedia did not inform me of this information and the front desk said I can cancel without penalty but I needed to contact my 3rd party booking....

"Very nice staff. Basic place to stay"

"Over all a great stay. Just figuring out where to check in. We had to go where the rooms. Were out back and find someone. "

"Elevator not self use. Manual operation with employee using key."
