"Hotel is centrally located with walking access to restaurants and shops. The young man at the desk was very helpful and the room was clean and well kept. It may have been the smallest room we've ever stayed in and the mattress was more like a full than a queen and it was lumpy ."

"What a Gem of a hotel in the Eastern Sierra! We loved this unpretentious, very comfortable lodge. Recently remodeled, everything is super clean. Our Room (#1) overlooked Bridgeport's Main Street and the beautiful 1880 courthouse across the street. Main Street is also Hwy 395, but at night it's not busy. "I'm afraid Boulder Lodge is taking advantage of its impressive lake views to charge a bit more than is justified. It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. "The so called Chalet was nasty. It was dirty and dusty. The carpet had not been vacuumed in months. The room was extremely hot and the windows did not have screens. A ton of mosquitos would come in if left open. I found spiders in the shower and in the beds. I would never stay again and don't recommend this place. I was told to check in a 6pm because of car issues the owner was having. I showed up at 6pm and the beds had not been made. What a horrible experience with two kids in tow....
