「Front desk staff were completely indifferent upon arrival. Room was booked for 4 people. Only 3 bath towels in a room and one set of sheets. When we asked for extra towels and sheets they made it look like it’s extra work, seemed bothered and unfriendly. Had to pick up from front desk, they couldn’t deliver to the room. Truly terrible customer service. Bathroom wasn’t clean and smells like mildew. Was surprised with hidden parking fee, $15 per night. The only good thing - convenient location...

「We have been staying here for many years. It’s comfortable and convenient but is beginning to look and feel “used”. There was some mold in the bathroom, we had no hot water for showering our last morning ….. the front desk said that they would notify maintenance about the water but we were on our way so don’t know if issue got corrected promptly or not. Breakfast is good, fair selection and atmosphere friendly.」
