"Very nice upgrade, quiet area of the city. I stay here often. The breakfast bar was good! "

"Clean, quiet room, directly off the freeway, yet I could not hear sound from the freeway. Additionally, I did not hear sound from the occupied rooms on either side. The property is old, but the owners have clearly been upgrading and repairing. There are some issues remaining, such as curtains that need to be replaced and wall repairs that need paint. But it is appropriately named: Budget Inn"

"My family stopped in for 1 night while headed home. The staff was really nice and they accomated my dogs by giving me a room close to the doors so it wasnt to far to walk. The breakfast was great. There wasn't anything I would change and I would recommend them over any other hotel in in the lake of ozarks"

"Decent motel in the middle of nowhere. Nothing special but clean."

"The hotel is pretty dank. The room was sparsely furnished and dark, but the worst thing was that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was really gross and the cleaning staff had all gone home. I actually had to grab a toilet brush off an abandoned cart and do it myself. It did not give me much confidence in the cleanliness of anything else. The towels and sheets all seemed clean, though. The coffee was really good in the lobby, too, and the desk staff were friendly. I'm definitely staying somewhere else on my return trip."

"The hotel was closed. I could not even get in the parking lot. I had to make other arrangements at another hotel, which cost me twice as much. I’m not happy with this at all and it doesn’t sound like I’m gonna be getting a refund for quite some time either. "
