Very clean and all appliances worked. Could use some instructions for the tv and a guide. Couldnt get it to work. Might have been because of sll v the snow there at thisvtime of year. Internet was good."

"We never got into the condo! I never received an email after the initial confirmation. We arrived at the unit, called the phone number provided and I was told they had no reservation for me and that they didn’t even manage that property. I called hotels.com. They had no information either tent credit card was charged and the number the credit card company gave me to call was the same phone number. It was a mess. It was cold, dark, raining, 3 hours from home with a crying baby. I ended up booking...
