" I would like to take this opportunity to highly commend your staff at the Bluefield, WV location. They are absolutely stellar in every aspect. My Daughter and I were stranded and the Managers, Brie, and the other two Ladies on staff made us feel at home all things considered. And they went farther than the "extra mile" to make sure my Daughter was well taken care of. OUTSTANDING!!!"

"This is a been there done that experience. The trains passing by was the most interesting part of this stay. It was the best part, but it was also the worst part. 30 to 40 trains go by (at least once an hour), 24 hours a day. During the day it was fun watching the trains, they pass by the hotel as far away as the 2 lane road. It is loud! The engines were load, the wheels squeaked &squealed. Wave to the engineers and get tooted at! In the middle of the night, when they pass by you WILL...
