The bed was ridiculously comfortable -- possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in (which is saying a lot because I've stayed a cumulative 1.5 years in hotels at this point in my life!). The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus in my suite (King). Would stay again in a second. Also, Helen is amazing & unbelievably accommodating with every single detail of our stay! "
