"The rooms are clean and comfortable,. The customer service at check in is great. Downside is we couldn't get the room temperature regulated, there was no thermostat on the unit so it was very hot and the dead bolt on the door didn't work. "

"The place is next to the Ft Campbell base which is nice. We were seeing my nephew home from Kuwait. He was delayed so we had to wait until Saturday 1am for his landing. We expected him Friday. The door was malfunctioning and wouldn’t lock, which I discussed with Mrs Garrett over the phone.
