"The rooms were fresh smelling and clean. Clean linens. Good firm mattress and pillows were supportive and comfortable. Bathroom linens were in good condition. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was continental with cereal and fruit. The coffee was ready and good. We were on the first floor and the window faced an alleyway. Window had a large crack and was. Missing a screen. Someone knocked on the window at 6:30 am and my husband saw a female person with backpack there she immediately left. This was reported to management.
