"Clean and tidy with all the essentials included. Very central location. Its a cheaper than some and so attracts a mix of cients. And its on the edge of the area where bands etc happen. Would be great option for backpackers and those wanting a compact place to sleep. "

"for a budget hotel, it was basically OK. close to the city and easy to get to. The unit itself was poorly maintained compared to other hotels I have stayed in. very poor parking facilities, 25 units and only 5 off road spaces. bed was very uncomfortable."
