"The staff is very helpful."

"The ceiling fans had a years worth of dust on them. This may have contributed to the musty/moldy smell in the apartment. I don’t think it’s safe to breathe the air for an extended period of time. There was mold around the shower fixtures and the white bathroom wash cloths were not white. I didn’t want to wash my face with them! And the door jam had dirty finger prints all over it. "

"Excellent cabin. Bed very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the picnic table area with grille and the porch. Highly recommend! "

"Though the room was nice and orderly there were no amenities and the cost for a really small single room was almost half of the weekly rate for a much bigger room. The property said they had breakfast and pool, and even had the means for both but did not make available. also, there was no checkout even though the office says 24/7, I could not check out or return the key after ringing the bell and calling provided cell numbers. I ended up just sliding the key under the door."

"We had a great time. The Condos are wonderful. On my next trip to Branson I will stay at the Condos At The Ozark. Beautiful place. Very clean and very comfortable."
