「Mouhcine ist sehr nett und bemüht allen Gäste zu helfen wo er kann, leider muss er alles alleine bewältigen und hat kaum unterstützt und Zeit. 「Llegamos al hotel a las 23:00 en un día lluvioso, y nos dijeron que no tenían nuestra reserva, a pesar de mostrársela impresa.
