「There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car .」

「Booked a room was supposed to cost me a certain amount winded up spending over because the guy didn't want to go to my reservation he just booked us a room by itself so I wanted up have to spend more than what I was told I would be spending but the place was nice very clean refrigerator didn't work in our room」

「The room is absolutely crawling with roaches. They are crawling up the walls and on every surface. I don't think anything has ever been cleaned in this room before. The bedding is dirty and stained. The towels had the last guest's hair still on them. There was no toilet paper, the TV remotes dont work, the plugs on the wall dont work,There was food on the floor under the beds.
