「Average breakfast for hotel, was hot and fresh. The front desk gentleman that checked us in was so kind while us trying to deal with an issue with the reservation through Expedia. Picked this hotel based off location and being very close to Red Rocks Amphitheater 」

「This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain.
I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year.
I asked for a new room and was denied.」

「Dead bugs in first room. Second room clean but not in good condition. My opinion is, it's a basic place for poor people. Bed was uncomfortable. I dont really care because all I want is a cheap clean place to sleep and shower. The coffee advertised free in the morning was gone by 6:45 am. No refill. First morning, no snacks like granola bars, as advertised, because the shipment hadn't come yet. Don't care. They need to have what they advertise, until the time of morning advertised. It's a low...
