"No amenities like soap and shampoo"

"Location is ok however not properly maintained. My nephew got a lot of insect bites on his back. Saw a lot of ants crawling on some areas. Some of the property staff are friendly some are not welcoming."

"The staff were very welcoming. The food at the hotel's restaurant was superb! I will definitely go back! We met the owner of the hotel and she was very humble and friendly. Thanks for treating like a family, Bernese! "

"Not the best, room was OK. They did not give us the free breakfast which was stated in the email. We were 5 at the room and they only gave us 2 breakfasts saying there was an issue with hotel.com so just fine."

"The room is in need of repars bathroom needs over haul.. only got one towel and 1 blanket for 2 people.. only one lock on door.."

"The staff were excellent, they will do above and beyond to please you, very courteous and respectful but the place needs a huge update. The bathroom drainage is poor and so it gets flooded right away. The furnitures in the room looks old and needs repair. I only need the room after a long day of touring the place and only for 2 days so we stayed. Our car also have a safe place to park."
