"The location is the only saving grace from my experience. I paid $300 for a closet! Single bed (not even a twin), a sink, and a very uncomfortable little chair . No TV! And no radio/alarm. Outlet by the bed for charging was hidden behind the nightstand. Thin walls; heard the neighbour's every move. One central shower and toilet for twenty rooms in my wing. The "snacks" room was empty: no vending machines of any sort. No breakfast, just do it yourself coffee and tea on the morning. In the morning, I talked to the maids. Less than half the rooms were used on my floor and hardly any were used on floor three. Lots of rooms were open during their mooring clean, and they all looked like a typical, larger, hotel room. Why was I stuck with the closet when other rooms were free? When I was a hotel manager, of i could upgrade I would, no questions. I kept our modest rooms for the late night traveler or for our overflow policy. I also got a lecture when I checked in about no guests allowed in the room. Is this a high school dormitory or a downtown Vancouver hotel??"
