「They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time...

「We don’t often stay in a motel but needed a room for one night and the Wellfleet Motel was conveniently located. We had low expectations but were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the quality of the bed linens. The room appeared to have been renovated very recently. The bathroom was new and immaculately clean. Even the art on the wall was well chosen. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend!」
