「The room is very clean and large, host is super nice, the hot-tub and sauna have very nice view as well. They also have a garage. Location is also quite convenient, there is a supermarket right across the street and 10 minutes drive to Ortisei. highly recommended!」

「Staff on arrival was very helpful. Car park is slightly passed the hotel turning back on yourself. Travelled solo so room was small but bed very comfortable. Room was but too hot even with temp turned to lowest so had to sleep with window open. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was that the half board option had set menu which wasn’t appealing to solo traveller. Would probably be fine if travelling in couples/group. 「Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. Rooms are huge and spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the shuttle service is a huge help. Had the most incredible stay - not a single thing to fault!」

「1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then...
