The whole property is not being kept up. The dining room was closed. The grounds had not been tended and what looked like nice flower beds were overgrown with weeds. The room was clean. The bathroom is outdated and needs grab bars for the shower.

The owner was helpful. There was no pool, hot tub or massage place. There was a lady screaming around and telling guests to keep their doors Locked. It is not the report it used to be.

I was driving through 100 Mile House. I checked in at 11:30pm and they came down and happily let me into my room! Very clean room, sparkling, clean linen had a wonderful sleep comfortable bed.

Arrived late to our key in an envelope, found room and all was as expected. Air conditioner was so old & noisy it vibrated the bed all night. We left early to meet firefighter crew. Happy to have found a room with 2 comfy beds as all the surrounding towns are booked due to all the fire evacuations in the area.

Interior health shut down the pool and spa, extremely rundown cabins near the back are occupied by unsavoury people, our neighbour told us not to leave anything valuable because a lady was bald head likes to steal, the room itself was extremely clean, but I still felt very misled by what is online, there is no diner there anymore, and the place is flooded with broken down cars and junk pile to high heaven The owner was great, but definitely not what is advertised

The Expedia ad says breakfast included, there is no breakfast or sauna. The hot water for the shower took a long time to arrive and was cool when it did. The room was good the setting in the forest is good if you are looking for a natural experience. With a little work would be a very good place to stay.

It is a beautiful place or once was. Needs a lot of work and it could be world class. Rooms are big clean with coffee maker, microwave, bar fridge. Beds are nice, just a very run down place. Cannot beat the price.

Easy check-in and spacious cabin. The property was in poor condition. Needs a good clean and some. Long term tenants, some questionable. Felt a little like something out of GTA during the evening. No amenities as advertised. Great views and clean sheets, though.

Maybe things are different during the high season, but I would rate this as the worst property I've stayed at in over 20 years. No lights in reception, a water warning/ban was just lifted, there was a mess of cobwebs and mosquitos on the ceiling outside our room, no WiFi in the room, spotty WiFi at reception, the room smelt musty, baseboards and corners were dirty, wardrobe door didn't open properly and the room had a very 1970s feel, needing a complete renovation. The restaurant was closed, we didn't see the pool or the gym and there were no spa or treatments visible. We didn't stay to sample the included breakfast, instead choosing to leave as soon as we woke up.

Admittedly I was only there for one night and there was a large group activity on during my stay. The host was helpful but only gave the bare minimum of information, the property has so much potential however it’s rather tired which was disappointing and the fight with the cold or boiling hot shower was a challenge.

Pros: Easy check-in, spacious cabin, clean bedding and gorgeous sunset and starry night. Cons: Needs updating, breakfast and amenities not available. Long term tenants on site, some are questionable. Takeaway - Big property but not enough staff to run it. The amenities were not available as advertised, so I dont think I would return in its current situation.
