「We had a good overnight stay at this Hotel whilst touring around Spain on our motorbikes. The Hotel is beautiful & well located close to Penafiel Castle, Protos & various restaurantes. It has a lovely swimming pool. The Spa was closed when we visited. It also benefits from having its own restaurant and a good bar in an enclosed outside courtyard. You have to pay for parking but at least it is secure. Would happily stay again. 」

「Nothing wrong with the hotel, all brilliant but transport to get back to town centre was a nightmare. No taxis around so lesson learnt bring own vehicle next time if we want to stay away from town centre. 」
