「This is an excellent hotel for what it is, a basic hotel. The room is comfortable, shower is good and it had a balcony as well as a table where one can work, relax or eat. The hotel has a restaurant and serves a nice breakfast. Hotel staff is friendly.」

「Bel établissement très bien situé. Le personnel est au petit soin. Une petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, mais cher. Dîner côté brasserie en terrasse avec une carte limitée mais plats très bons. 「Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large...

「Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. 」

「On s'y sent bien. La sympathie domine , la simplicité et la convivialité. A bientôt, j'espère」

「L'hôtel ne dispose pas de service de restauration mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours pour se restaurer sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Par ailleurs il faut souligner le petit déjeuner qui est proposé sous forme de buffet et qui offre une belle palette de produits frais salés, sucrés. L'hôtel des Montagnards est une belle découverte dans la gamme des hôtels de Morteau. Je le recommande tout particulièrement.」
