「Clean room, friendly staff」

「Staff attended to our issue of guests directly above us being very loud and heavy footed, we were moved to another part of the hotel and our stay was excellent.」

「價錢較平，但房間裝修和設備陳舊。枕頭芯已破爛睡得不舒服，地氈污糟。廁所有污積和臭味，也沒有沐浴露，要用肥皂沖涼。對面的餐廳早餐不錯，服務也好。」

「The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. 」

「The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet area that feels tucked away from the city, yet it’s still close enough for easy visits to downtown and right near the regional park. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure. One of the best features is that the hotel is truly pet-friendly, with no extra fee. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for both relaxation and convenience, and I’d happily stay here again.」
