It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. The property was not clean when we arrived. The pictures shown of the property are deceiving. There was no running water, bed bugs, dirty dirty. We arrived and we left to another location. I lost the money paid as it’s not refundable but I do not recommend this place. It’s unsafe. Dangerous stairs. ...
