Town - lovely, hotel - lovely, room - lovely. General communication - poor. On arrival, there was confusion as to whether we had booked breakfast (even though "free breakfast" is shown on Expedia website.) I deferred to the hotel and agreed that maybe we hadn't since no specific mention on my booking. ...
