I’m not artistic at all but I appreciate those that are talented. Today I visited the National Quilt Museum in Paducah, KY and was simply amazed at the quilts on display. Believe it or not, this is a picture of a quilt. Wow, what talent.
This sign explains Paducah history in just a few sentences also. It's right before the Illinois border so stop by if your passing near by.  Kirchhoff's is the best place to eat.

Alternatively, catch the trolleybus between April and September. Visit at any time of the year or plan to be in the city for the AQS QuiltWeek events in September or April.
