"2 days room wasn’t cleaned (only there 5 night) no loo roll,no milk,a/c didn’t work properly,tv no sound,breakfast good selection but not hot,been in 525 before it was good,very disappointed this time."

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable..
