Surprise visit despite advance paid booking
The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding!

NOISY Hotel - could NOT SLEEP! There was a prom event at their ballroom the same time we stayed there. I cannot fathom why the staff would put me and my son in a room ontop of the event. Needless to say it was LOUD and NOISY, not to mention teenagers SCREAMING in the hallway every 5 minutes until ...
