I find Tacloban interesting place with MacCarthur Park but with the Mall closed during my stay here in December it was very disappointing to spend my holiday in this city without much to do for tourist.

My last visit to my hometown was over 10 years ago. A lot has changed especially after Yolanda I was pleasantly surprised that Tacloban is back on its feet. The city and the Island is thriving!

Traffic congestion is a problem. The one way streets seems to help but going somewhere now takes more than double the time it took to get to a particular place in my youth. The city's dining/shopping options & sights more than made up for the traffic.
