Worst experience I’ve had!
"This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels. Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because ..."
