"We were the only guests during Mud Season. No restaurants open on the mountain. I lowered the raing only because our heat would not turn off and the hotel does not offer air conditioning. Awesome hot tub. It has a couple of jets that need adjustment."

"The staff Wes and Angela were awesome as always! I will say, something that turned me and other patrons off was the GM (salt and pepper hair, male) was interrupting conversations and completely ruining the vibe costing the place money and patrons. 4 of us left because of him. He needs to do better ..."

"Address was wrong in hotel app. Way too icy on driveway and front door. Very dangerous to get to unit. We took lift bus and the driveway was full of ice as well as the 10 feet to get to unit. Fix address on hotels app"
